Aussie technical-deathcore outfit RORONOAH have released their brand new single ‘Unleash the Kraken’, featuring fellow Australian deathcore heavyweights IRONSTONE.
Built around RORONOAH’s signature blend of razor-sharp riffs, technical precision and slamming ferocity, ‘Unleash the Kraken’ marks another huge step forward for the band as they continue to commandeer the Australian heavy music scene.
The collaboration with IRONSTONE vocalist Edward brings an added layer of intensity to the track, combining both bands’ crushing vocal approaches into one aggressive and relentless release.
‘Unleash the Kraken’ also continues RORONOAH’s evolving pirate-inspired mythology and identity. Drawing from the legend of the Kraken, the release adds a new chapter to the band’s ongoing world-building and growth, with the Kraken set upon the world as the band’s new mascot.
Following a run of major live performances, including support for European tech-death giants Obscura and American powerhouse Fallujah, the band are continuing to build momentum throughout 2026.
