Fake News Return with New Single, Moving On. Headlining Siege 2.0 Fest in May

Queensland’s Fake News have come roaring back with their new single Moving On.

Another slab of punk rock goodness that perfectly captures the bands high octane spirit whilst simultaneously stating that ‘sometimes moving on is the best thing to do.’

The band comment; “Moving on is an about how we have certain struggles in life and find ourselves over thinking and stressing about it. The lyrics come from a positive point of view basically saying after all I’ve been through, I’m not going to let it beat me and I’m moving on. Everyone has their own burdens in life so we hope that this song can inspire people to get through it and move on.”

Since forming in 2017 Fake News have established themselves as a force to be reckoned with in the punk scene. They have shared the stage with many punk legends including
Good Riddance, No Fun At All, Death By Stereo, Bodyjar, 28 Days, Guttermouth, Everclear, Pennywise, Strung Out and Lagwagon!

In 2021 the guys make a big stir with their anthemic, melodic and outrageously fun, full length album, Everyday Warrior, which featured the lockdown song of the year, Checking In and got rave reviews everywhere!
