Fans are eagerly anticipating CRADLE OF FILTH’s next studio album following their highly-acclaimed 2021 release, Existence Is Futile. In the meantime, the extreme metal legends, led by frontman Dani Filth, have quenched fans’ thirst with their first live album in over two decades, entitled Trouble And Their Double Lives out now via Napalm Records.
The album features recordings from various performances around the world between 2014 and 2019, during the “Cryptoriana World Tour” and subsequent dates. This live album captures the intense energy of CRADLE OF FILTH’s latest era and serves as a remarkable testament to their artistry.

The Everblack Podcast caught up with Cradle Of Filth frontman Dani Filth to talk about their new live album ‘Trouble And Their Double Lives’ featuring two new songs, their writing plans for the next album, recent tour with Devildriver, his thoughts on the new Evil Dead film and also shares details on the upcoming collaboration song with Ed Sheeran!

Watch/listen to the interview here:

The new live album by CRADLE OF FILTH has been produced, mixed, and mastered by Scott Atkins at Grindstone Studios in Suffolk, England. Recorded by Danny B, the album comprises not only fan favorites from the band’s electrifying discography, such as “Nymphetamine (Fix),” “The Death of Love,” and “Blackest Magick in Practice,” but also two bonus tracks and two entirely new songs, “She is a Fire” and “Demon Prince Regent.”

These new songs offer a glimpse of what’s to come on future CRADLE OF FILTH studio releases. “She is a Fire” begins the album with a sinister riff, eerie keys, and haunting screams and whispers from Dani Filth’s renowned vocal delivery. “Demon Prince Regent” blasts in with a wall of sound and grim, blackened guitar leads before transitioning into a headbanging, bouncing chorus.

The album will be available in various formats, including digital, CD digisleeve, and multiple limited, colored vinyl variants, as well as a Die-Hard edition and Deluxe Box. The Deluxe Box is limited to 666 copies, so be sure to get your hands on this unique addition to the CRADLE OF FILTH collection before it’s too late!
