
Modest Mouse have released their first new record in five years and their eighth studio album, An Eraser and A Maze, via Glacial Pace Recordings / Virgin Music Group. The long-awaited 15-track album was produced by Isaac Brock with co-production by Jacknife Lee (REM, U2), Suzy Shinn (Weezer), and Justin Raisen (Charli xcx, Kim Gordon, Lil Yachty).
The Everblack Podcast caught up with Isaac Brock to talk about Modest Mouse’s acclaimed new album An Eraser and A Maze, his unconventional songwriting process, future music plans, the Ice Cream Party fan club, and why he spent the afternoon battling a mountain of peaches!

The band has also shared the video for ‘Life’s A Dream’. Directed by Isaac Brock, with co-direction from Zach Storer and Chris Raab, the video, shot in Portland, is a fever dream with a cast of characters that reflect the blurring of dreams with reality.
