Gold Coast-based hard rock outfit THESE FOUR WALLS have come out of the gate swinging with their latest single “BONES“, released May 8th 2026. Bursting at the seams with soaring melodic vocal lines and punchy four-to-the-floor energy, “BONES” is another satisfying addition to the band’s growing catalogue of heavy rock anthems.
Asked about the song’s creative origins, vocalist Steve Gibb says “This song came about differently than anything we’ve released before. It was written almost entirely live on stream with our extended band family of listeners, supporters and front-row crew watching on.”
“There was something special about creating that way” muses Gibb. “Lyrically, it sits in a lane that most people would quietly understand. It’s about whatever toxic thing you can’t fully let go of. The relationship you keep walking back into. The habit you swore you were done with. The vice that finds a way to make sense again at the worst possible time.”

“BONES” was produced, engineered and mixed by Gold Coast Music Award winning producer Luke Palmer (Dead Letter Circus).
These Four Walls 2026 Tour Dates
The release of “BONES” coincides with THESE FOUR WALLS’ upcoming Aus/NZ Tour which will see the band headline shows in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Auckland. While they have been lucky enough to support touring artists such as Ill Niño, Atreyu, Skilltet and The Butterfly Effect in their hometown of Brisbane in recent times, the band can’t wait to get out on the road and treat fans to some deeper cuts from their catalogue.
