Australia’s extreme metal maestros Thy Art Is Murder have kicked off their brutality Australian tour .
Starting last weekend in northern QLD and winding up in Tasmania, Thy Art Is Murder will take a wrecking ball to 16 stops around the country throughout June and July. Joining them for a night of carnage will be Mélancolia, Hate Complex, plus very special guests Aversions Crown appearing exclusively in SE Queensland.

Helping Thy Art Is Murder spread brutality across Australia is a killer line-up, kicking off with Melbourne’s Mélancolia. This melodic blackened deathcore group played their debut live show, supporting Thy Art in 2023 and since then they’ve signed to Greyscale and Nuclear Blast, inflicted sonic horror with their debut album, HissThroughRottenTeeth, and have just wrapped up a massive European tour with Suffocation. Hailing from the East Coast, Hate Complex is an unrelenting new project featuring members of Inhibitor, The Storm Picturesque, Wraithe and Aversions Crown, already making waves with a savage trilogy of singles, pointing toward an explosive debut album.
Brutality Across Australia is set to be Thy Art’s last headline shows in Australia for the year. After this, the band will head back to Europe to support Parkway Drive on their mammoth 20th Anniversary tour across the continent. Don’t miss out!
