All Regards have returned today with their second single of 2026, ‘resist’. A moody follow up to January’s pop-punk driven ‘discontent’, ‘resist’ leans into a darker, heavier sound led by co-vocalist Jeremy Allen. Stream ‘resist’ HERE and watch the music video HERE. On March 27, All Regards will launch both singles with a show at Melbourne’s Workers Club. Tickets are on sale now and available for purchase HERE.
On their new releases, co-vocalist Stefan Sepulveda says “there’s a real call to action to get out and create positive change in whatever ways you can”, with both tracks moving through feelings of anxiety, apathy, anger and hope in response to the state of the world and the passage of time.
As Jeremy reveals, “I wrote the lyrics for ‘resist’ as a direct response to the lyrics Stefan wrote for ‘discontent’ in which he wrote about the state of the world from his perspective. It inspired me to do the same which is why both singles are so intrinsically linked together. ‘resist’ for the most part is an honest take on how frustrated one can become with external and internal factors within the world, and that it may not be the picture perfect life planned out for one’s self. It’s also a call to arms that if there is something you want to change to better yourself and you have the power to do it, quit complaining and fight the good fight to turn things around.”
The band collaborated with Jack Newlyn (Between You & Me, Belle Haven) on their new releases, with Newlyn producing, engineering and mixing ‘discontent’ and ‘resist’. Borrowing from the pop punk and alt-rock genres, All Regards are carving out a space of their own, with sharp guitar riffs, punchy drums and hook-driven vocal melodies powered by dual vocalists and guitarists Jeremy Allen and Stefan Sepulveda.
Their electric live shows have gained the group a strong local following, leading to sold out headline shows – including an unforgettable debut EP launch show at Bergy Bandroom in late 2024 – and sharing stages with the likes of ARIA chart toppers SoSo and rising Australian alternative favourites Belle Haven, Down And Out, Darcy Baker and more.
