Today, British heavyweights Architects announce an Australian headline tour for December 2025, with special guests House Of Protection and PRESIDENT. Presented by Live Nation, Architects will be heading to our shores to promote their new album The Sky, The Earth and All Between, which debuted No.8 on the ARIA overall album chart and No.2 on the ARIA physical album chart.
The tour will kick off in Melbourne at Festival Hall on Thursday December 11, then heading to the Hordern Pavilion in Sydney on Saturday December 13 and ending at the Riverstage in Brisbane on Sunday December 14. Be prepared, this will be one of THE rock shows of 2025. Full details below.
Few bands make it to their 11th album and deliver their best music, but Architects have done just that. Touring stadiums with Metallica for two years gave them clarity: they could legitimately do this forever, something that hadn’t felt possible when they began the band as scrappy teenagers.
The last couple of albums For Those That Wish To Exist (No.1 on the ARIA album chart) and The Classic Symptoms of a Broken Spirit (No.8 on the ARIA album chart) had been about attempting the new. When those records performed well critically and commercially, that was their green light to pursue whatever they wanted to. So, they resolved to channel the lessons learned from innovation into making something that felt like the pinnacle of what Architects have long been evolving towards.
New album The Sky, The Earth & All Between, produced by Jordan Fish (ex Bring Me The Horizon), is a masterful rock album, forever shifting between aggressive, melodic, and experimental sounds while maintaining a cohesive vision. The grandiosity of the title reflects its ambition, but the music feels effortless—an elemental summation of everything Architects have been and could become. From the ferocious single “Blackhole” to the pop-metal brilliance of “Everything Ends,” every track demonstrates an instinctive hand at blending sounds.
Now, with a sharp innovation and renewed hunger, Architects are that longstanding band at the height of their powers.
Born from the collision of post-hardcore pedigree and fearless genre experimentation, House of Protection is fast becoming one of the most vital names in heavy music.
Featuring Stephen Harrison (Fever 333, The Chariot) and Aric Improta (Night Verses), and teaming up with close collaborators Nick DePirro (Night Verses) and Jordan Fish (ex-Bring Me The Horizon), the duo has carved out a bold new lane with their second EP Outrun You All — a gritty, genre-defying companion to their breakout debut GALORE.
Lauded by the likes of NME, The Guardian, and Revolver, and named as one of Spotify’s Artists to Watch for 2025, House of Protection is building a global following and a reputation for unpredictable, high-intensity shows. They’ve ignited a new era of art-rock intensity and redefining what LA’s heavy scene sounds and feels like in 2025.
